Shipping & returns

Each set is made in a limited run and embroidered by hand, so we hold small quantities rather than deep stock. Orders leave London within two working days of the set being ready. UK delivery takes one to two days from dispatch, Europe three to five, and the rest of the world five to ten. Every order is tracked.

If a size has sold out, you can ask to be told when it returns from the atelier — we'll write to you before it goes back on general sale, and we won't use your address for anything else.

You have fourteen days from delivery to return a set, unworn and with its tags, for a full refund. Write to [email protected] and we'll send a prepaid label for UK returns.

Hand embroidery varies a little from set to set — the placement of a bead, the fall of a fringe. That's the making, not a fault, and it isn't grounds for a return on its own. If something genuinely goes wrong in the making, we will repair, replace or refund it, always.
