We only hold what you give us — an email address, and a size if you've asked to be told when something is back. We don't sell it, we don't trade it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Jeeva is the data controller for the information described here. For anything to do with your personal data, write to [email protected].

• Your email address and a size, if you ask to be told when a piece comes back into stock.
• Whatever you choose to tell us, if you email the atelier directly.
• Basic technical records kept by our hosting provider, such as the IP address a request came from. These exist to keep the site running and secure.

We use your email address to send you the letters you asked for, or to tell you when a piece is available again. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by signing up and can withdraw at any time. Where we correspond with you about an enquiry, our basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on it. Your currency preference is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it on your next visit — it never reaches us.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions on our behalf, and our email is handled by our email provider. They process data for us under contract and for no other purpose. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else for marketing.

We keep mailing-list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Back-in-stock requests are deleted once we've let you know or once the piece is retired. Emails are kept only as long as we need them to deal with what you wrote about.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Every letter we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Ask us and we'll act on it — we don't charge and we don't make it difficult. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If what we do with your data changes — when ordering opens, for instance, and payments are involved — we'll update this page before that happens.
